Experience: Executive Chef with Restaurant Associates for 4 years. 12 Years experience in Restaurants from New York to Philadelphia, with specific focus on Pan-Asian and Latin American flavors.
Culinary Perspective: “To introduce people to new ingredients, combinations of flavors and cooking techniques.”

William “The Kid” Brown
Home Town: Kennett Square, PA
Education: Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park
Experience: Executive Chef with Restaurant Associates for 4 years. 12 Years experience in Cultural Centers from New York to Atlanta, with specific focus on local and seasonal flavors.
Culinary Perspective: “To combine classic French and modern techniques with attention to placing local, seasonal, sustainable and ethical products at the forefront.”

PECO Café
During the regular season, PECO Café, located in the Kimmel Center's Commonwealth Plaza, is open one hour prior to Verizon Hall and Perelman Theater evening and matinee performances, and during intermissions. The Café serves sandwiches, pastries and a variety of beverages, plus additional salads and soups during matinee performances.

Annex Lounge
Enjoy cocktails and themed martinis at the Annex Lounge, located on the south side of Commonwealth Plaza, next to Verizon Hall. Open for Verizon Hall performances only.
